What Tequfa — this site, the browser version and the desktop app — keeps, where it keeps it, and where it sends it.

What we don’t collect

No analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no accounts. Your work and what you do in Tequfa never reach us, the people who make it.

This site

This site stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and videos are served from this site, not from outside services. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare handles access logs (such as IP addresses) as part of serving it, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The browser version

Your work and settings stay in your browser’s localStorage and are never sent anywhere. The browser version has no AI generation.

The desktop app

Your work is saved in a folder on your PC (Documents\Tequfa), and your settings stay on your PC.

When you use AI generation, your prompt and any work you choose as a starting point are sent directly to the AI provider you picked (Anthropic, Google, or an OpenAI-compatible service), using your own API key. Nothing passes through our servers. How the provider handles that data is governed by its own policies.

Your API key is encrypted with Windows’ built-in protection (DPAPI) and stored on your PC. It is only ever sent to the AI provider it belongs to.
